The Holy Ghost is the power by which man on earth is connected with God in heaven.

The 'prophet' stands as a mouthpiece for God, but only to the extent that he is connected to the heavens by the power of the Holy Ghost.  Men such as Moses and Joseph Smith, or women such as Ruth, epitomize this role.  More generally, to the extent that a person is indwelt with the Spirit of God, that person stands in this position.

The tilted character symbolizes imperfect man in general who needs to move toward God and receive the anointing of the Spirit to become a saint, walking in holiness because of the Holy Spirit of God that dwells in him/her.  Ultimately, as one stands steadfast in this, they are fully sanctified and graduate to stand at the right hand of God, even as Jesus Christ stands at his right hand.

As a symbol of an aspect of deity, the tilted character represents the Davidic Servant whose ministry is set in the latter-days.  He comes to dwell among men in the flesh to point them to Christ, that each might overcome and inherit all things.  But as a fallen man himself, he is not one after which people are apt to follow, which is part of the plan, for his purpose is to direct each person to become a prophet in their own right.  This calling is actually filled by many, whose combined efforts work to this end for the whole of humanity.  It's effect is a gathering into the oneness of the body of Christ.
